Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support the organization's human resource functions. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance management, statutory compliance support, HR documentation, and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a people-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate final interviews.
- Issue offer letters and manage pre-joining formalities.
2. Employee Onboarding & Induction
- Conduct joining formalities and employee documentation.
- Coordinate induction and orientation programs for new employees.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and completion of probation-related activities.
3. Attendance & Leave Management
- Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate with departments regarding attendance discrepancies.
- Prepare attendance reports for payroll processing.
4. HR Operations
- Maintain employee personnel files and HR records.
- Prepare HR letters such as appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, warning letters, and relieving letters.
- Update and maintain employee database and HRMS.
5. Employee Engagement
- Organize employee engagement activities, celebrations, and welfare programs.
- Address employee queries and support grievance handling.
- Promote a positive work culture and employee satisfaction.
6. Performance Management
- Coordinate probation reviews and performance appraisal processes.
- Maintain appraisal records and assist department heads during evaluations.
7. Compliance & Documentation
- Support statutory compliance activities related to labour laws.
- Maintain employee records as per legal requirements.
- Assist during internal and external audits.
8. Training & Development
- Coordinate internal and external training programs.
- Maintain training records and evaluate training effectiveness.
9. Exit Management
- Conduct exit interviews.
- Coordinate full and final settlement process with relevant departments.
- Ensure proper clearance and documentation.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
- Understanding of labour laws, PF, ESIC, and statutory compliances.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with HRMS software is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 1–3 years of experience in HR Generalist/HR Executive role.
- Experience in manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
