1. Introducing and promoting new products and upgrading existing doctors to new variants of products. Also new customers to be visited and promote our range of products,

Collecting work from doctors by checking whether the instruction slip is included and complete in all respects, otherwise fill the instruction slip and cross check to confirm all necessary components like bite registration, implant components etc. are included in the package. Also check whether the quality of the model e.g. breakage, air bubbles etc. are not present and if so found, request the doctor for fresh impression / model.
- 3. Attending phone calls for taking orders, complaint handling, addressing various enquiries from doctors and coordinating with lab for resolution of complaints, passing on enquiries etc.
- 4. Collecting work from Lab/Accommodation and delivery of work to doctors as per route assigned.
- 5. Check whether all the components are available in the workbox.
- 6. Payment follow up by providing ledger and finalizing, scheduling payment on a case-to-case basis.
- 7. Collecting payment, which includes issuing of receipt and recording receipt No, cheque No. UTRI No wherever applicable.
- 8. Updating DVR with all relevant details on a daily basis.
- 9. Introducing the products and collecting orders for Trade (NES) Materials, delivery of previous orders and related payment.
- 10. Depositing daily cash collection at respective bank and bubble packing all boxes received from doctors for onward logistics to Lab.
- 11. Compiling statement of all payments and receipts for the day in the yellow slip and sending the same to Lab.
