Job Summary:
The Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting LED lighting products, generating new business opportunities, building customer relationships, and supporting sales growth. The role involves market research, dealer and distributor development, product promotions, and coordination with internal teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and market the company's LED lighting products to dealers, distributors, contractors, architects, and institutional customers.
- Generate new leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, exhibitions, and marketing events.
- Prepare product presentations, marketing materials, and sales proposals.
- Coordinate with the sales, production, and R&D teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
- Achieve assigned sales and marketing targets.
- Collect customer feedback and provide market insights to management.
- Prepare periodic sales and marketing reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing or sales, preferably in the LED lighting, electrical, or electronics industry.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of the LED lighting market and distribution channels.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Proficiency in MS Office .
- Willingness to travel extensively for customer visits and business development.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
