About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sports Sales & Operations Intern to support our sports business initiatives. The intern will be responsible for assisting in sales activities, managing client relationships, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and reach out to potential clients.
- Generate leads through calls, emails, social media, and field visits.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Assist in achieving monthly enrolment and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
Operations Management
- Coordinate daily operations of marathon programs, process and reports
- Support event planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Ensure smooth communication between client and management.
- Track sales report and existing client reports
- Prepare operational and performance reports.
Client Relationship Management
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field.
- Passion for sports and sports management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with phone calls, field visits, and client interactions.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience in sales, event management, or sports-related activities.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
