Job Description
Position Title: Manager – Human Resources
Reports To: Head – HR / Senior Management
Location: Hebbal, Bangalore
Role Objective
Lead the HR function by developing strategies, policies, and frameworks that align with organizational goals, while ensuring compliance and fostering employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Partner with leadership for workforce planning and organizational development.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent management.
- Drive performance management systems and employee engagement programs.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and labor laws.
- Manage HR budgets and monitor HR KPIs.
- Lead grievance redressal and disciplinary processes.
- Mentor and guide HR team members.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR systems, and organizational development.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

- This is 6 days WFO
- Office Location-Hebbal location, Bangalore
