JOB TITLE: HR Digital Associate - Payroll
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll Associate with 1–2 years of payroll and Final settlement processing experience in India and/or UAE payroll operations. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely final settlement processing, statutory compliance, employee query resolution, and payroll reporting while maintaining confidentiality and data integrity.
Key Responsibilities

Payroll and final settlement Processing

Process Final settlement for employees in India and/or UAE.

Validate FS inputs including attendance, leave, overtime, incentives, bonuses, deductions, and reimbursements.

Ensure accurate calculation of earnings, deductions, taxes, and net pay.

Perform payroll reconciliations and validations before payroll submission.
Reporting & Data Management

Generate payroll reports, reconciliation reports, and management dashboards.

Maintain employee payroll records with high accuracy and confidentiality.

Assist in payroll audits and internal compliance reviews.
Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

1–2 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably handling India and/or UAE payroll.

Familiarity with payroll systems such as SAP, Workday, Oracle, ADP, Ramco, PeopleStrong, or similar platforms.

Basic understanding of payroll accounting and statutory compliance.
Required Skills

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Good knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
