Job Summary:
The Admission Counsellor is responsible for guiding prospective students and parents through the admission process, explaining course details, handling inquiries, and converting leads into successful enrollments. The role requires strong communication skills, persuasive ability, and a student-friendly approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle walk-in enquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp, and online leads.
- Provide detailed information about courses, fee structure, and admission procedures.
- Counsel students and parents regarding course selection based on career goals.
- Follow up with prospective students to ensure admission closure.
- Maintain student database and update CRM records regularly.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for smooth admission process.
- Achieve monthly admission targets.
- Organize seminars, webinars, and promotional events.
- Assist in documentation and fee collection process.
- Provide post-admission support and maintain good parent relations.
Qualification:
- Any Graduate (Preferably in Education / Business / Communication)
- Minimum 1–3 years experience in counselling or sales (Education sector preferred)
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills (Tamil & English preferred)
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented mindset
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, Google Sheets)
- Positive attitude and professional appearance

Pay: ₹10,182.65 - ₹35,435.46 per month
