Job Description
We are hiring Telecallers to join our immigration team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, confidence while speaking with clients, and a target-oriented approach. Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain immigration/visa services.
- Understand client requirements and provide basic information about available services.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to client queries professionally.
- Generate leads and convert potential clients into customers.
- Follow up with interested clients through calls and WhatsApp.
- Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Schedule appointments for visa counselors.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients.
Candidate Requirements
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, customer service, immigration, or a related field.
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Confident and professional approach while speaking with clients.
- Good customer-handling and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Immigration/visa industry experience will be an advantage.
