Business Development Executive (1–3 Years) – Digital Marketing

About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Executive with 1–3 years of experience in sales, client outreach for digital marketing services. The role requires a strong understanding of USA/UK/Canada Clients and should be quick and able to convert by handling objections. You will be responsible for identifying prospects, generating leads, and converting them into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and generate leads through email outreach, LinkedIn, and other digital channels
- Understand client requirements related to SEO, social media management, website design, paid ads, and branding
- Present service offerings clearly and professionally
- Prepare proposals, pricing, and follow-up communication
- Maintain CRM records and ensure timely follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams to support client onboarding
- Meet monthly targets for meetings booked and deals closed
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales
- Strong experience selling digital marketing services (SEO, SMM, website services, ads, funnels, branding)
- Comfortable with lead generation tools, email outreach, and LinkedIn prospecting
- Ability to communicate clearly with international clients (USA, Canada, UK, Australia, Middle East)
- Basic understanding of SEO, social platforms, website performance, and analytics
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple clients
- Strong follow-up discipline and closing skills
Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory)
- Experience with CRM tools
- Prior agency experience
- Understanding of proposals and pitch decks
