● Follow up on all client leads after orders are placed to ensure they are properly serviced.
● Ensure existing clients are satisfied through consistent after-sales service.
● Proactively seek honest, candid feedback from clients.
● Service clients from order placement all the way through to collection of payment.
● Resolve client queries and questions promptly and effectively.
● Guide and support clients on company products and services.
● Act as the primary point of contact for client complaints, escalating issues to management as needed.
● Understand client concerns and work to resolve them in whatever way is needed.
