Position: Librarian
Qualification:
- Master's Degree in Library and Information Science (M.Lib.I.Sc./M.Lib.Sc.)
Experience:
- Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience as a Librarian in a Nursing College, Medical College, or Higher Educational Institution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the library's books, journals, e-resources, and digital databases.
- Maintain cataloguing, classification, and circulation of library materials.
- Assist students and faculty in accessing academic and research resources.
- Maintain library records, subscriptions, and accreditation-related documentation.
- Ensure smooth functioning of library automation systems and digital repositories.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of library management software.
- Good organizational and documentation skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital resource management.
