Roles & Responsibilities :
· mHere Application Attendance maintenance
· FM NOC faults publishing
· Fault Management - Sharing the faults, Follow up and Status publishing PM Calls Count and report publishing
· Attending to calls from client team
· Training Schedules preparation. Store Auditing
· Wireman Data Collection
· Medical Fitness certificates collection. Thermography report preparation.
· Online survey completion.
· Monthly Annexure Documents.
. Special projects tasks follow up and completion on time with Supervisors and Field level.
. Quotation preparations and follow up PO with client.
