1. Understanding the Project Scope and designing research/audit SOPs and
questionnaires
2. Building Projects on FloorWalk Project Management Software
3. Executing research or audits, understanding report outcomes and updating clients on
the findings.
4. Managing and coordinating with the quality team and training team audit on audit
execution and report checking guidelines.
5. Second-level quality checking of the reports submitted by the quality assurance
team.
6. Understanding FloorWalk Client Reporting portal and briefing clients on the same.
7. Handling escalations raised by the clients with the help of the Operations lead
8. Project tracking, updating and creation of project executive summary and
presentations
9. Coordinating with existing clients and sales team on recurring projects

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
