Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, increasing brand awareness, and driving audience engagement across various digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Create and manage content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X (Twitter).
- Run campaigns on meta ads & track. Mangaged leads follwups & all
- Plan and schedule posts, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to create compelling content.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns and optimize performance.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics and prepare reports.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain a strong online community around the brand.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
- Knowledge of social media management tools and analytics.
- Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and content marketing strategies is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or video editing tools will be an added advantage.
