Job description
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Inventory Management & Assurance of Availability on Shopping Portals.
2. CATALOGING of PRODUCT and updating on Shopping Portals Panel (Product Specifications)
3. Replying on Mails pertaining to Order fulfilments to shopping portals.
4. After Sale Service Issues monitoring.
5. Daily Basis PANEL operation given by shopping portals for Order/Labels/Invoice/Manifest/AWB/images detail updates.
6. Assuring Timely dispatches of material and fulfilling the Lead time.
7. Invoice & Manifest generation against received Order to customer.
8. Packaging & Logistics Coordination against Received Orders.
9.MIS management of Order received and Handover to Courier and Return monitoring of orders.
10. Inventory mapping on vinculum portal
11. Updating the stock on vinculum portal
12. Daily watching/observation all online portal related to any correction images etc..
13.cordination with online vendor /replying on mail also
