We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Post Production Manager to oversee the end-to-end post-production process for our video content. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while coordinating editors, motion designers, colorists, sound engineers, and clients.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Manage the post-production workflow from project handoff to final delivery.
- Create and maintain production schedules, timelines, and delivery deadlines.
- Coordinate with editors, designers, and other creative team members.
- Review edits for quality, consistency, and brand standards.
- Manage client feedback and implement revisions efficiently.
- Organize project files, assets, and backups.
- Ensure all deliverables meet technical specifications for various platforms.
- Track project progress and resolve workflow bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with the production team to improve processes and efficiency.
Qualifications:-
- 3+ years of experience in post-production management or a similar role.
-Freshers are also welcome
- Strong understanding of video editing workflows and post-production pipelines.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
