Admission Counselor – Capital Markets Program
Job Summary
We are looking for an Admission Counselor to engage with prospective learners interested in our Capital Markets Program. The role involves guiding candidates through the admission process, understanding their learning objectives, and helping them evaluate whether the program aligns with their professional goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective learners through phone calls, emails, virtual meetings, and other communication channels.
- Understand candidates' educational and professional objectives.
- Conduct online and offline program presentations.
- Explain program curriculum, learning outcomes, admission process, fee structure, and payment options.
- Schedule follow-up interactions and address candidate queries.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions using the CRM system.
- Manage the complete admissions process from initial inquiry to enrollment.
- Achieve weekly and monthly enrollment targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective learners to ensure a positive admission experience.
- Stay updated on program offerings, admission policies, and internal processes.
Requirements
- Experience in inside sales, admissions counseling, education counseling, or a similar customer-facing B2C sales role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using CRM tools to manage leads and follow-ups.
- Ability to understand candidate requirements and provide appropriate guidance.
- Good presentation, objection-handling, and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in English and one or more regional languages.
- Willingness to work six days a week.
