Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Tender Executive to join our growth-focused team. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end tender management, from searching for relevant government and private sector opportunities to the final submission. The ideal candidate must have extensive hands-on experience with the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portal and various E-procurement platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Tender Sourcing: Actively track, identify, and analyze relevant government and corporate tenders (RFQ/RFP) related to EV chargers, meters, and electronic components.
- Portal Management: End-to-end handling of the GeM Portal (direct purchase, L1 bidding, custom bids) and various Central/State E-procurement portals.
- Documentation & Compliance: Prepare, compile, and scrutinize all technical and financial documents, ensuring strict adherence to tender eligibility criteria and clauses.
- Coordination: Liaison with internal teams (Production, Finance, Technical) to gather necessary data, product specifications, and pricing for accurate bid preparation.
- Submission & Tracking: Ensure timely online and offline submission of bids, track tender status, participate in reverse auctions, and manage post-bid clarifications or rectifications.
- Vendor Registration: Handle vendor registration processes on various government departments and PSU portals.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience as a Tender Executive, specifically within the manufacturing, electrical, or electronics industry.
- Core Skills: Exceptional proficiency in navigating the GeM Portal and major E-procurement websites (e.g., Central Public Procurement Portal).
- Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of electronic components, meters, or EV charging systems is highly preferred.
- Attributes: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to meet strict deadlines under pressure.
- Communication: Good written and verbal communication skills for drafting responses and coordinating with government authorities.
