Performance Marketing Expert
Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai (Office-based)
Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 per month

About the Role:
We're seeking a dedicated Performance Marketing Expert to drive our paid campaigns and boost ROI across multiple clients. You'll work hands-on in our Vashi office, owning strategies for 5-8 clients on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and more to scale customer acquisition. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage 5-8 client accounts end-to-end: plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) with focus on ROAS and CPA.
- Analyze performance data using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Excel to deliver insights and iterate fast.
- A/B test creatives, audiences, and funnels to maximize conversions per client.
- Collaborate on D2C strategies, including email/SMS, retention, and cross-client learnings.
- Report weekly insights and hit aggressive growth targets across portfolios.
What We're Looking For:
- 2-3+ years of hands-on experience managing 5-8+ clients in performance marketing at an agency or D2C brand.
- Proven track record scaling campaigns with budgets ₹5L+ monthly per client/cluster.
- Strong skills in ad platforms, analytics, and tools like Google Tag Manager or Hotjar.
- Dedicated, proactive mindset—must commit to full-time office work in Vashi, handling multi-client demands efficiently.
- Bonus: Experience with Shopify/WordPress integrations or influencer collabs.
