1. Verify visitor identities using ID cards.
2. For visitors without ID cards, manually record their entry in the logbook.
3. Issue a bill/bill coupon to visitors/guests as required.

Policy for Customers Forgetting ID Cards:
1. Verify customer's identity through alternative means (e.g., name, phone number, etc.).
2. Manually record the customer's entry in the logbook.
3. Issue a food coupon manually to the customer.
