Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Telecaller to join our team for UBWebs.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound and receive inbound calls.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Generate leads and follow up with clients.
- Maintain call records and daily reports.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing team.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of telecalling experience.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Confident and polite speaking skills.
- Basic knowledge of AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva AI, etc.)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/Google Sheets).
- Stable internet connection and laptop/mobile for remote work.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
