Position Title: Helper
Department: Production / Packaging / Warehouse (as applicable)
Job Summary
The Helper will assist in day-to-day operations within the pharmaceutical manufacturing unit. This role supports production, packaging, and housekeeping activities while ensuring compliance with GMP, SOPs, and safety guidelines. The Helper ensures smooth workflow and maintains hygiene standards in the plant.
Key Responsibilities-Transfer raw materials, semi-finished, and finished products within the department,
- Support packing lines by providing materials: cartons, labels, leaflets, bottles, etc.
- Assist in labeling, sealing, and cartooning as required.
- Maintain cleanliness of packaging area before, during, and after the shift.
- Handle raw material bags, drums, and containers safely.
- Shift materials to designated areas as per instructions.
- Assist warehouse staff in receiving and stacking goods.
- Skills-
- Basic understanding of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Ability to lift and shift materials (physically fit).
- Ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes (preferred).
