Roblox UI / GUI Designer
GTM LLC
We are seeking a talented Roblox UI / GUI Designer to design and build custom graphical user interfaces for our Roblox game. In this role you will own the look and feel of every screen a player interacts with, from main menus and the in-game HUD to shop, inventory, and settings screens. This is a remote, ongoing role.

GTM LLC is the company behind Grand Theft MC, a long-running, GTA-themed online game brand with over a decade of history and a community of more than one million lifetime players. We are expanding our flagship experience onto Roblox and are hiring a designer to lead the visual design of our in-game interface.
Responsibilities
- Design and build custom GUIs in Roblox Studio for all in-game menus and systems
- Create a cohesive UI component library (buttons, frames, panels, icons) that scales cleanly across both desktop and mobile
- Translate written briefs and visual references into polished, original interface designs
- Maintain a consistent visual style across the entire experience
- Deliver clean, well-organized, and clearly named UI that our development team can implement easily
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and project needs
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience designing UI or GUI for Roblox (a portfolio is required)
- Proficiency with Roblox Studio UI tools, including ScreenGuis, Frames, UIListLayout and UIGridLayout, constraints, anchor points, and proper scaling
- A strong sense of layout, color, spacing, and typography
- Experience designing for both PC and mobile screens
- Reliable communication and the ability to meet agreed deadlines
Preferred Qualifications (Big Plus)
- Roblox development and scripting experience in Luau. Candidates who can both design and script their own UI behavior are strongly preferred and will be compensated accordingly.
- Graphic design and GFX skills, such as thumbnails, game icons, and character renders
- Experience with UI animation and tweening for polished transitions

- Job type: Part-time freelance (guaranteed 20 hours a week)

Experience:
- UI/GUI experience in video games: 1 year (Required)
- playing Roblox: 1 year (Required)
- UI/GUI experience in Roblox: 1 year (Preferred)
