- Talk to Australian homeowners to understand their energy needs and suggest the best solar and battery solutions.
- Make and receive calls, build trust with customers, and convert interested people into sales.
- Speak confidently in English and provide excellent customer service.
- Update customer details in the CRM, follow up with leads, and coordinate with the team to complete the sales process.
- Meet daily and monthly sales targets while maintaining quality and professionalism.

- Excellent spoken English
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- International BPO or Sales experience preferred
- Basic computer knowledge
