HR EXECUTIVE
Monday to Saturday, 9.30am to 6pm
Job Location: Plant Premises, KARJAT
(Transport facility from Neral Station)
Salary Range: 45 to 50,000 Per month
(On Company Payroll)
CANDIDATE CRITERIA
Experience: Min. 4-5 years in HR Profile (Factory)
Education: Any Graduate
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle all HR activities
Employee Onboarding and Offboarding
Attendance, Leave Management, Entry/Exit formalities,
Payroll, Recruitment and Selection, Employee Relations,
HR Compliances like PF, Gratuity etc
OTHER CRITERIA
Good Time-management skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of MS Office, ERP
