The Mansion - a premium, design-led gifting brand based in Delhi.
We're looking for a detail obsessed E-commerce Operations Executive to run the day to day operations behind our online store and corporate orders. You'll keep our Shopify store accurate, process orders, and make sure every order website or corporate is packed, dispatched, and delivered on time. This is a hands-on operations role, not a sales or marketing role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Add, update, and manage all products on Shopify - photos, prices, variants, descriptions and keep listings accurate and error-free.
- Process all orders (website + corporate): confirm, tag, and track each one until delivery.
- Own dispatch and fulfilment for both website and corporate orders. Ensure every order passes a quality check before it leaves.
- Coordinate with courier partners: pickups, tracking, delays, and on-time delivery.
- Manage physical stock and keep it matched with Shopify inventory.
- Handle returns end to end - receiving, checking, and updating records.
- Track order payment status, and settlement matching; flag mismatches.
- Share weekly reports on dispatch, returns, and stock.
Required Qualifications:
- 2 - 3 years of hands-on e-commerce operations experience.
- Mandatory: hands-on Shopify experience you must have personally done product uploads, order management, and dispatch on Shopify.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and order data.
- High attention to detail and strong ownership , you don't let errors go live or wrong orders go out.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with other platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Meesho).
- Familiarity with inventory or logistics management tools.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-standards environment.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
