Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and engaging Communicative English Trainer to enhance students’ spoken English, confidence, and overall communication skills. The trainer will be responsible for delivering interactive sessions that focus on practical language usage rather than rote learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct communicative English sessions for school students (primary/middle/high school).
- Focus on improving speaking, listening, pronunciation, and fluency.
- Design and deliver activity-based learning modules (role plays, group discussions, presentations, storytelling, etc.).
- Assess student progress and provide regular feedback.
- Develop lesson plans aligned with curriculum objectives.
- Encourage student participation and build confidence in using English in real-life situations.
- Support teachers and school management in language development initiatives.
- Organize language-based activities, competitions, and events.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English or related field.
- Strong command over spoken and written English.
- Prior experience in teaching or training (school or institute preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage students through interactive teaching methods.
- Familiarity with phonetics and modern teaching methodologies is an advantage.
