About the Role:
Extreme Heights is seeking a professional and well-presented Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to manage front office operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Assist them with inquiries, and escort them to the appropriate meeting room, department, or concerned person within the office premises.
- Maintain visitor records and ensure proper entry procedures are followed.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth office operations.
- Handle courier services, mail distribution, and administrative tasks.
- Maintain the reception area to ensure a clean and organized environment.
- Assist with office documentation, filing, and record management.
- Support HR and administrative teams with routine office activities.
- Provide excellent customer service and address visitor queries promptly.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or in a similar customer-facing role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Pleasant personality with a professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle calls and visitors efficiently and professionally.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline preferred.
- Familiarity with office administration and front office management.
