Role Overview
Seeking experienced, high-energy trainers to deliver impactful, interactive training for college students. This on-premise role focuses on enhancing communication, confidence, and employability through learner-centric sessions.
Key Responsibilities
- Training Delivery: Facilitate Spoken English and Communication Skills sessions tailored to student needs.
- Soft Skills Workshops: Conduct training in Presentation Skills, Group Discussions, Interview Skills, Personality Development, Team Building, and Leadership.
- Activity-Based Learning: Design and run role-plays, simulations, and group exercises.
- Assessment & Feedback: Evaluate proficiency, track progress, and provide individualized feedback.
- Content Customization: Adapt modules based on student requirements and project goals.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain session records and submit timely reports.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 5–10 years teaching Spoken English & Soft Skills (college/young adult setting preferred).
- Certification (Preferred): TESOL / TEFL / CELTA or equivalent.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent English (spoken/written) with neutral accent & strong presentation skills.
- Facilitation Style: Proven ability to engage large groups through energetic, interactive methods.
- Domain Knowledge: Experience in academic or campus-based training projects is an advantage.
- Commitment: Willing to work full-time, on-premise at Mangalagiri/Neerukonda for project duration.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s in English, Education, or related discipline (preferred).
