Position Title: Sales Coordinator – Fish Feeds Division

Experience Required: Minimum 2–5 Years
Required Skills:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office & ERP/Tally preferred
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Candidate should be flexible for travel if required
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding orders, dispatches, and customer requirements.
- Maintain daily sales reports, order records, and dealer/distributor data.
- Follow up with production, warehouse, and logistics teams for timely delivery of fish feed products.
- Handle telephonic and email communication with dealers, distributors, and field sales executives.
- Prepare quotations, sales invoices, and other sales-related documentation.
- Monitor pending orders, payment follow-ups, and outstanding reports.
- Assist in preparing monthly sales targets, reports, and MIS.
- Support the sales team in market coordination and customer servicing.
- Maintain proper stock movement and dispatch tracking.
- Coordinate with accounts and commercial departments for billing and payment-related issues.
- Ensure proper documentation related to sales operations and customer records.
