What You’ll Do

Build and maintain backend services using js, Java Spring Boot, or Python

Develop RESTful APIs that support logistics workflows like inventory sync, order routing, and billing
-
Work with senior engineers to design efficient database structures and scalable service logic

Write clean, testable code and contribute to internal tools and core platform features

Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and QA to deliver sprint goals

Learn to debug production issues with logs, metrics, and traces from tools like ELK, Grafana, and New Relic
-
Participate in code reviews, sprint ceremonies, and cross-functional engineering discussions
What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of hands-on experience in backend development using js, Java, or Python
-
Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, HTTP, and basic database operations (SQL and NoSQL)
-
Familiarity with Git, basic CI/CD workflows, and containerization (Docker basics)

Willingness to learn and work in a complex domain involving real-world logistics processes
-
Strong debugging skills and attention to edge cases

Bonus if you’ve touched Kafka, Redis, or AWS (even through side projects)

Education Qualification:
