1. Handling Inbound & Outbound Calls
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls in Tamil & English to engage with potential customers, franchisees, and business partners.
- Convert inquiries into sales, franchise sign-ups, or business collaborations by providing clear and persuasive information.
- Address customer concerns, clarify doubts, and guide interested parties through the onboarding process.
2. Lead Conversion & Franchise Development
- Identify potential franchisees and business opportunities across South India.
- Conduct structured follow-ups with prospects to maximize conversion rates.
- Explain the business model, investment requirements, and operational aspects to new franchise applicants.
3. Travel & Location Verification
- Travel across Tamil Ndu to verify new franchise locations and conduct market assessments.
- Meet potential franchise owners, inspect proposed locations, and analyze market suitability.
- Provide detailed reports on each location visit, highlighting strengths, challenges, and recommendations.
4. Market Research & Regional Expansion
- Conduct research on customer preferences, market trends, and competitive businesses in North India.
- Gather feedback from existing franchisees and customers to improve services and enhance business strategies.
- Identify areas with high business potential and strategize marketing approaches for expansion.
5. Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain a detailed record of customer calls, lead progress, and location visits.
- Work closely with the marketing, operations, and logistics teams to streamline franchise onboarding and market penetration.
- Participate in internal meetings to discuss challenges, progress, and future strategies for growth in North India.
