We are looking for a high-energy, strategic, and people-oriented Relationship Manager to oversee and nurture our network of Academic Counselors. In this role, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our internal or partner counseling teams, driving their performance, ensuring quality standards, and aligning their efforts with organizational growth goals.
The ideal candidate is part relationship builder and part performance strategist—someone who knows how to motivate educators and sales-driven counselors alike to achieve exceptional student outcomes.
Key Responsibilities1. Network Management & Engagement
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our team of Academic Counselors, fostering a motivated, collaborative, and high-performing community.
- Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews to understand counselor challenges, provide feedback, and boost morale.
- Act as the bridge between the counseling team and upper management to ensure institutional goals are clearly communicated and met.
2. Training & Performance Optimization
- Design and execute onboarding programs for new counselors, ensuring they understand the institution’s programs, core values, and admissions processes.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as student conversion rates, retention rates, and student satisfaction scores.
- Identify knowledge or skill gaps within the counseling team and implement targeted training sessions or workshops.
3. Strategy & Operational Support
- Analyze counseling data and student feedback to identify trends, reporting insights back to marketing, product, or academic heads.
- Equip counselors with the necessary marketing collateral, digital tools, and pitch strategies to effectively guide prospective students.
- Resolve escalated or complex student/parent grievances that counselors cannot handle independently.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
