Job Overview
We are hiring a results-driven Sales Executive with proven experience in selling online professional courses such as Data Science, Data Analytics, and Graphic Design. The candidate must have a strong track record in converting leads into paid enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Explain course curriculum, outcomes, and career opportunities
- Counsel students and working professionals
- Handle objections and close sales effectively
- Follow up with interested leads regularly
- Convert inquiries into successful admissions
- Maintain daily reports and CRM updates
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 1+ year experience in selling online professional courses (Mandatory)
- Experience in EdTech or online education sales
- Strong communication and convincing skills (Hindi and English)
- Proven sales closing ability
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
