We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor (Civil) to oversee day-to-day construction activities at our project sites in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will ensure work is executed safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily on-site civil construction activities and monitor progress against the project schedule
- Coordinate with contractors, labourers, and site engineers to ensure smooth execution of work
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and quality specifications
- Monitor material usage and inventory, and coordinate procurement as needed
- Maintain daily site reports, progress records, and documentation
- Identify and resolve on-site issues, escalating critical problems to management
- Conduct quality checks and inspections of ongoing civil work
- Coordinate with clients, architects, and consultants as required
Qualifications Required:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in civil/construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and blueprints
- Good communication, leadership, and team coordination skills
- Willingness to work on-site in Coimbatore and manage day-to-day site operations
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
