Executive & Schedule Management
- Manage Doctors daily calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedule.
- Coordinate OPD consultations, procedures, surgeries, follow-ups, and review appointments.
- Ensure efficient time management with minimal scheduling conflicts.
- Plan and coordinate visits across all Skinmatics branches.
Clinical Coordination
- Coordinate with therapists, receptionists, pharmacists, and clinic managers to ensure seamless patient flow.
- Ensure procedure rooms, patient files, consent forms, and treatment plans are ready before consultations.
- Prioritize emergency appointments and VIP patient scheduling.
- Follow up on pending investigations, treatment plans, and re-evaluations.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the doctor.
- Maintain meeting minutes and track action items until completion.
- Draft professional emails, letters, presentations, and official communications.
- Organize and maintain confidential patient and business records.
Operations & Team Coordination
- Act as the communication bridge between Dr. Suganya Naidu and all departments.
- Coordinate with HR, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Branch Managers.
- Monitor completion of assigned tasks and provide timely updates.
- Follow up on SOP implementation and operational improvements.
Marketing & Content Coordination
- Coordinate with the social media and marketing teams for content planning.
- Schedule and organize treatment shoots, educational videos, and promotional content.
- Ensure all required materials are prepared before content creation sessions.
- Coordinate with influencers, photographers, and media partners when required.
Business & External Coordination
- Schedule meetings with medical representatives, vendors, collaborators, and business partners.
- Assist in organizing CMEs, workshops, conferences, and professional events.
- Maintain professional communication with external stakeholders.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain daily task trackers and pending work lists.
- Prepare business performance summaries and branch reports.
- Ensure documentation is accurate, organized, and submitted on time.
- Maintain confidentiality of all patient and business information.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience as a Personal Manager, Executive Assistant, or Personal Assistant, preferably in a healthcare or dermatology setting.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
