The Food & Beverage Captain is responsible for supervising the daily operations of the restaurant or assigned service area, ensuring exceptional guest service, maintaining service standards, and leading the service team to deliver a seamless dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of service staff during shifts.
- Welcome and interact with guests to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assign tables and service sections to team members.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
