We at Rashmi Bhalla Projet Consultants Pvt. Ltd. are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin & HR Associate to support day-to-day administrative and human resources operations. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent graduate who is eager to build a career in HR while gaining exposure to core administrative functions.
- Screen CVs based on defined criteria
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate and employee records
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Respond to employee queries and provide basic HR support
- Assist in preparing HR documents, reports, and trackers
- Manage daily office administrative tasks and coordination
- Support internal communication and employee engagement activities
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic understanding of HR processes (preferred but not mandatory)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or related field
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
