Job Overview
We are looking for a versatile, highly motivated Fitness Manager / Personal Trainer / Sales Executive to join our team. In this multifaceted role, you will lead gym operations, deliver goal-driven personal training sessions, and drive membership growth through direct sales and community outreach.
Key Responsibilities
Fitness Management & Personal Training:
- Conduct fitness assessments, evaluate client health conditions, and design customized exercise programs.
- Lead engaging 1-on-1 personal training sessions and small group classes.
- Demonstrate proper equipment usage to prevent injury and maintain facility safety/hygiene standards.
- Track and monitor client progress to ensure long-term retention and goal achievement.
Sales & Operations:
- Drive membership acquisition by handling inbound inquiries, giving studio tours, and conducting sales presentations.
- Promote and sell personal training packages, gym memberships, and add-on services.
- Organize and participate in local community marketing events and outreach initiatives.
- Collaborate with club management to manage daily operations and ensure an outstanding member experience.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) or degree in Sports Science/Kinesiology (preferred).
- Active CPR and First Aid certifications.
- Proven track record in personal training, fitness management, or retail/hospitality sales.
- Strong communication, sales negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- High energy, self-motivated, and passionate about personal wellness.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings as needed.
