- Leverage tools like Jira, Azure DevOps (ADO), and dashboards for tracking and reporting • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred) • 5+ years of experience in Resource Management (RMG) with strong exposure to capacity planning and workforce management • Proven expertise in resource allocation, utilization tracking, and demand forecasting • Experience working in CMMI Level 3 (or higher) environments • Strong understanding of project delivery models (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) from a resource planning perspective • Certification such as PMP / PRINCE2 / Scrum Master • Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps (ADO), and MS Office • Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and leadership skills • Experience in IT services / consulting environments is highly preferred
Pay: ₹306,050.07 - ₹1,337,294.48 per year
