Salary: ₹32,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Job Responsibilities
- Restaurant Manager in daily operations and outlet management
- Supervise staff and ensure high standards of customer service
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, and safety standards
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure quick resolution
- Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth operations
- Ensure proper inventory control and stock management
- Support in achieving sales targets and improving profitability
Requirements
- Proven experience as Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good understanding of restaurant operations and service standards
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of basic reporting and inventory management
