An HR Executive manages day-to-day human resources operations cum Recruitment . They are the operational backbone of the HR department, bridging the gap between management and staff by handling recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and conducting new employee orientation.
- Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances, fostering a positive workplace culture and mediating workplace conflicts.
- Compliance & Policy Implementation: Ensure company policies align with current labor laws and regulations.
- Payroll & Compensation Support: Assist in processing payroll, managing leave tracking, and administering employee benefits.
- Performance & Offboarding: Track performance review cycles, maintain personnel files, and conduct exit interviews.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Experience: Typically 1 to 3+ years in human resources or recruiting roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with HR Information Systems (HRIS), payroll software, and Microsoft Excel.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, conflict resolution, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
