We are looking for an experienced and motivated Pharmaceutical Sales Representative to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular sales and scientific calls with doctors, healthcare professionals, and key stakeholders.
- Promote pharmaceutical products through effective scientific communication, highlighting clinical benefits, product features, and relevant evidence.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with Healthcare Professionals.
- Deliver product presentations, scientific updates, and product knowledge sessions to HCPs as required.
- Identify opportunities for scientific engagement and product promotion within the assigned territory.
- Coordinate and support CME programs, doctor meetings, scientific events, and other professional activities.
- Assist in the planning, execution, and follow-up of CME/academic programs and promotional activities.
- Ensure effective communication of approved scientific and promotional information in accordance with company guidelines.
- Gather and share market intelligence, competitor information, customer feedback, and insights from the field.
- Identify potential new customers and expand the company's presence within the assigned territory.
- Maintain accurate records of doctor visits, sales activities, customer interactions, and territory performance.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to implement brand strategies and promotional plans.
- Achieve assigned sales targets, growth objectives, and KPIs.
- Provide excellent customer service and promptly address customer queries and requirements.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, therapeutic developments, competitor activities, and industry trends, particularly in Gastroenterology & Hepatology.
Requirements
- 4–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related field.
- Experience in Gastroenterology & Hepatology will be preferred.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate scientific information to healthcare professionals.
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
- Experience in coordinating CME programs, doctor meetings, or scientific events will be an advantage.
- Excellent customer service and territory management skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and deliver results.
