Role Overview
The Primary English Teacher will be responsible for creating an engaging and student-centered learning environment for primary grade students. The role involves developing language proficiency, communication skills, reading habits, and creative expression in accordance with CBSE curriculum standards and the values of the school.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver effective English lessons for primary grade students.
- Develop students’ reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
- Create interactive and activity-based classroom experiences.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and learning materials.
- Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback to parents and school authorities.
- Maintain classroom discipline and promote positive behaviour.
- Participate in school activities, events, meetings, and training programs.
- Integrate technology and innovative teaching methodologies into classroom instruction.
- Ensure continuous academic improvement and holistic student development.
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in English or relevant subject.
- B.Ed. is mandatory.
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in a CBSE school preferred.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Passion for teaching young learners with a creative and nurturing approach.

Pay: ₹10,551.65 - ₹34,312.55 per month
Work Location: In person
