Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable software components to meet project requirements.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment with business goals and technical standards.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies.
- Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices across front-end and back-end technologies.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms and services to build scalable and resilient applications.
- Ability to design and optimize data structures and database schemas for performance and maintainability.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues in a collaborative environment.
