Coordinate with prospective and existing customers through phone calls and emails.

Maintain customer databases, leads, and sales records.

Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and marketing reports.

Follow up with customers regarding inquiries and business opportunities.

Assist in market research and competitor analysis.

Support order processing and customer documentation activities.

Coordinate with internal departments for timely customer support.

Generate and maintain MIS reports related to marketing activities.

Provide administrative and back-office support for business development initiatives.

Any Bachelor's Degree.

1–2 years of experience in Marketing Support, Sales Coordination, Back Office Operations, or Business Development Support.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Ability to handle customer coordination and documentation.

Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
