Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect / Functional Lead with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion PPM and Salesforce. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of overall experience and a proven track record of leading and delivering at least two end-to-end Oracle Fusion PPM implementations.
The selected candidate will play a key role in reviewing, validating, and governing the solutions provided by the implementation partner. The role will involve reviewing the To-Be design, solution architecture, business processes, Conference Room Pilot (CRP) outcomes, and UAT activities to ensure that the proposed solution aligns with business requirements, functional expectations, and project objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Review and validate the overall solution, functional design, and implementation approach proposed by the Solution Implementation Partner.
Review and assess the To-Be business processes and functional design documents.
Ensure that the proposed Oracle Fusion PPM and Salesforce solutions align with business requirements and project objectives.
Provide functional and solution-level guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Review solution architecture, configurations, customizations, integrations, and functional dependencies.
Participate in and review Conference Room Pilot (CRP) sessions and provide recommendations based on identified gaps and business requirements.
Validate the completeness and effectiveness of CRP scenarios, outcomes, and action items.
Review and provide oversight for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
Support the preparation and validation of UAT test scenarios, test cases, and expected business outcomes.
Review UAT defects, assess their functional impact, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders for resolution.
Identify functional gaps, process risks, integration dependencies, and implementation challenges.
Ensure appropriate documentation, governance, quality checks, and solution validation throughout the project.
Work closely with business stakeholders, project teams, technical teams, and implementation partners.
Facilitate discussions and provide recommendations for complex functional and solution-related issues.
Ensure that the final solution meets business requirements and is scalable, sustainable, and aligned with best practices.
Provide leadership and functional oversight during key project phases, including design, CRP, UAT, and implementation readiness.
Required Skills & Experience
Overall experience of 10+ years in ERP, enterprise applications, solution architecture, or functional consulting.
Strong hands-on functional experience in Oracle Fusion PPM (Project Portfolio Management).
Strong experience working with Salesforce solutions and related business processes.
Minimum 2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion PPM implementation experiences are mandatory.
Experience in reviewing and validating solution designs provided by implementation partners.
Strong understanding of To-Be process design, functional design, solution validation, and business process transformation.
Hands-on experience with Conference Room Pilot (CRP) planning, execution, review, and gap analysis.
Strong experience in UAT planning, test scenario review, defect management, and business validation.
Experience reviewing functional configurations, customizations, integrations, and solution dependencies.
Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion PPM modules and associated business processes.
Experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams.
Ability to identify solution gaps, functional risks, process issues, and implementation dependencies.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
Ability to independently review complex solutions and provide practical recommendations.
Preferred Skills
Experience in Solution Architecture or Functional Lead roles.
Experience working with large-scale enterprise transformation or ERP implementation programs.
Knowledge of Oracle Fusion integrations and related Oracle Fusion modules.
Experience with Salesforce integrations and enterprise application ecosystems.
Experience working with system integrators, implementation partners, and external consulting teams.
Oracle Fusion PPM and/or Salesforce certifications will be an added advantage.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Relevant Oracle Fusion PPM, Salesforce, ERP, or Solution Architecture certifications will be an added advantage.
Important Note
Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.
A minimum of 2 end-to-end Oracle Fusion PPM implementations is mandatory.
Candidates must be comfortable working in a hybrid model, with 2 days onsite in Gurgaon.
This is an immediate requirement with an initial contract duration of 6 months.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Gurugram, Haryana (Gurugram)
