Athena Behavioural Health is looking for a compassionate and dedicated Group Counsellor to join our team
Locations: Guwahati & Greater Noida
Full-time Position
Requirements: Master's Degree in Social Work/Psychiatric Social Work
Experience in mental health, rehabilitation, psychiatric, de-addiction, or counselling settings preferred
Good communication and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Conduct group therapy sessions
✔ Support and monitor Day Care patients
✔ Maintain patient records and progress notes
✔ Coordinate with the clinical team and families
✔ Promote patient engagement and recovery
