- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, brokers, contractors, and vendors.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls professionally.
- Manage the front desk and maintain a clean, organized reception area.
- Schedule meetings, site visits, and appointments for management and sales teams.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as required.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.
- Provide basic information about projects, office locations, and company services.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and administrative departments for client inquiries.
- Maintain records, filing systems, and office supplies.
- Assist with data entry, document preparation, and other administrative tasks.
- Support event coordination, client meetings, and project launches when required.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
