Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads for deep cleaning projects.
- Identify and approach potential clients, including offices, hospitals, apartments, villas, schools, and commercial establishments.
- Conduct client meetings and service presentations.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Experience in marketing, sales, or business development.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to generate leads and close deals independently.
- Strong customer relationship management skills.
- Valid driving license preferred.
- Knowledge of cleaning services industry is an added advantage.
